In our efficient ATHN series, we rely on durable rotary indexing tables made from precise and hardened non-lifting three-part sets Hirth coupling. These rotary tables work indexing, for larger rotary indexing tables we use up to 720 teeth, with a maximum pitch of 0.5 degrees.  

Our ATHN rotary indexing tables are equipped with an axial bearing so that the face plate remains in position even when unlocked. This guarantees particularly gentle operation even with high workpiece loads in large machine tools and rotary transfer machines.

Hirth couplings

Peiseler designs and produces lifting and non-lifting Hirth couplings for indexing processes. NC operation is not possible with this technology. Hirth couplings transfer very high loads, particularly tangential moments. They have a very high positioning repeatability. In the non-lifting variant, the rotary tables are designed with an axially fixed bearing. With this special design, the face plate remains in position axially during all movement sequences. Designs with a lifting Hirth coupling lift the face plate by a few millimetres for turning.
