My digital Peiseler: Sensor module for real-time condition monitoring

Small device, big possibilities: The SSM1000 measures and stores values, detects warning thresholds and failures, monitors abrasion - and can be significantly expanded with additional sensors.

All data can be viewed and managed via a dedicated cloud-based dashboard (myPeiseler). The possibilities that arise are exponential.

The SSM1000 sensor module reads out the performance data of devices in real time.

The coaxial galaxy gearbox in the ZASG comes from our technology partner WITTENSTEIN.

My competitive advantage: ZASG 400 swivel axis in motion

The newly designed drive train of the ZASG, the Galaxie gearhead from Wittenstein, combines an innovative concept of torque motor and a torsionally rigid as well as backlash-free coaxial gearhead – ideal for 5-axis machining of structural components.

At EMO, we will connect the rotary axis with the SSM1000 sensor module and show you the many possibilities resulting from this.

We also offer our precision machines for contract manufacturing. To give you an impression of what is technically possible, we are bringing some special exhibits from completed orders to Hannover.

We will also bring our Peiseler Life Cycle Service to life for you. Look forward to a before-and-after comparison that will make our services more than clear to you.
